Connell Byrne

Connell Byrne graduated magna cum laude as Bachelor of Science from the C.W. Post School of Professional Accountancy in 1980.  He began his career at the New York office of Coopers & Lybrand CPAs where he focused on audit & taxation. He spent most of his career licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission, working at different Wall Street firms in capacities ranging from research, high yield debt trading and investment banking with a focus on private equity.  Fundraising assignments included environmentally focused companies involved in forestry, biological soil restoration and biofuels made from waste. After leaving Wall Street, he served at the I.R.S. before leaving in 2022 to manage a family estate.
