The iconic symbol of a semiconductor transistor, the pinnacle achievement of solid-state physics, is embraced by a pair of heavy hydrogen nuclei. These nuclei can fuse to produce nuclear energy. The heavy hydrogen nuclei are depicted in aqua, representing oceans that contain more than enough heavy hydrogen to power the world for hundreds of centuries into the future. The PRINCIPALS are now focusing their efforts on the development of batteries that combine semiconductor and solid-state fusion technologies.
